PULSE: Infectious Diseases

This course provides EMTs with an update on some new and old infectious diseases, including MRSA, SARS, hepatitis, the avian flu, and HIV. Pathophysiology and occupational exposure are also addressed, as well as the importance of disinfecting equipment and the ambulance.
